Ayurveda Lifestyle Consultant Course (ALCC)
Course Overview💫
The Ayurveda Lifestyle Consultant Course (ALCC) is a 12-week online training that provides a complete foundation in Ayurvedic lifestyle, nutrition, Panchakarma, herbal beauty, and cosmetology. Designed for global learners, the course helps you integrate Ayurveda into daily life for health, radiance, and holistic well being.
Each module blends classical theory with practical demonstrations and case-based learning, progressing from the fundamentals of Tridosha to advanced practices in dietetics, seasonal regimens, therapies, herbal cosmetology, and wellness planning.
Guided by an expert team of Ayurvedic doctors, this programme draws deeply from classical sources like Charaka Samhita, Sushruta Samhita, and Ashtanga Hridaya while connecting ancient principles to modern lifestyle needs.
Training Approach 🌸
The ALCC programme is crafted to make Ayurveda experiential, practical, and easy to apply. Rather than focusing only on theoretical study, the training emphasises living Ayurveda — encouraging students to apply each lesson in real life to develop true understanding and confidence.
Every week includes structured lectures, practical demos, assignments, and faculty interaction. Ayurdhama’s training operates independently, exceeding the standards of most associations. Students are encouraged to stay informed about regulations for practicing in their respective regions.
This course is an invitation to experience Ayurveda as a way of life, not merely academic knowledge.
